Place the middle are of the bow on the A string. Slowly glide the bow down and then up (remember by just moving your shoulder joints). After that, lower your arms so that your bow now rests on the E string. Slowly glide the bow down again and then up. Then move back to the A string (by raising your arms again). Practice this sequence several times till you can play the notes accurately. This will train your muscle memory to remember the position of the A and E strings.
